As a former pro footballer, I know first hand that it all starts with running, jumping and throwing. Business was new to me, but the Mini Athletics team has supported me every step of the way. Now I’m giving kids the foundations that shaped my career.

I’m still able to do all the parts of the job I love but I have gained an hour with my children every weekday morning.
